Helpdesk tips before you call

Read these answers first. Most people who cannot find their record are covered here. Use the helpdesk number at the bottom only for complex cases.

I get “no pre-2026 registration found” for my ID

This search only finds records we already hold for registrations before 2026. If you never registered with HSC before 2026, use New application instead.

Re-type your national ID carefully. Spaces, dashes, and slashes are ignored, but the letters and digits must match what we have on file.

On the update page, switch Search by to Phone number and try the number you used on your original form (digits only).

Phone search does not find me

Use the same mobile number you gave when you first registered. Try with or without a leading zero.

If you changed numbers since then, search by National ID instead, or call the helpdesk line below for a complex match.

I already updated — what now?

If the page says you are already updated, use Send me my email again on the update page to receive your portal link. Do not complete a duplicate new registration if you already migrated.
